Lyla Sultan O'Connell

Lyla Sultan O'Connell is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in talent marketing and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Marketing at Salesforce since July 2016, Lyla has also held roles as Senior Manager of Recruitment Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager within the company. Prior to Salesforce, Lyla worked at Nitro, Inc. from September 2014 to July 2016 as a Senior Marketing Associate and Talent and Employer Brand Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing corporate communications and social media channels. Earlier experience includes a role as a Technical Recruiter at Strategic Employment Partners, focusing on full-lifecycle recruiting for IT professionals. Lyla began her career as an intern at the Center on International Cooperation at New York University. Lyla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara.
