Mark Conklin

Mark Conklin has over 25 years of experience in operations and project management, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations (Systems & Tools) at Salesforce since November 2011, after holding the role of Director of Operations. Prior experience includes Director of Operations and PMO, as well as Practice Director for Data Services at Model Metrics from September 2004 to November 2011, and IT Consultant at Honeywell from January 2002 to August 2004. Mark Conklin also worked as IT Program Manager for the eFile Division at First Data Corporation from October 1998 to January 2000, and as IT Project Manager at TD Ameritrade from September 1996 to September 1998. Mark Conklin holds a Master of Science in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from Illinois State University, with additional education at Rock Valley College.
