Michael Gonella

Michael Gonella has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Product for Digital Experience at Salesforce since October 2014, where previous roles included Chief Technology Officer of Business Technology and interim Chief Information Officer. Prior to Salesforce, Michael held various leadership positions at Visa from July 2003 to October 2014, including Vice President of Corporate Systems and Global Head of Enterprise Architecture. Michael's career also includes significant roles at Gap Inc. from April 1994 to July 2003, where responsibilities included Vice President of Information Technology and CTO of Gap Online, as well as early experience at IBM Global Services from June 1983 to July 1994 as a Senior Consultant. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
