Minho Sim

Minho Sim is an experienced professional in the technology and telecommunications sectors, currently serving as a Lead Solution Engineer specializing in Service Cloud at Salesforce since February 2020. Prior to this role, Minho held various positions at Genesys from March 2015 to February 2020, progressing from Sales Engineer to Senior Solutions Consultant. Minho’s earlier experience includes a role as a Junior Wireless Network Consultant at olleh (KT통합브랜드) and as a Junior Consultant for LTE network at KT. Minho holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics Engineering from Sungkyunkwan University and has also studied History as an exchange student at Leiden University.
