Neeraja Vennapusa

Neeraja Vennapusa has extensive experience in technical support and product development within the technology sector. At Salesforce, from August 2014 to May 2022, Neeraja served as Senior Manager of Technical Support, leading a team focused on Service Cloud products including Digital Engagement and Voice, while managing customer cases and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Previously, Neeraja held roles as Product Owner and Senior Principal Engineer, and Product Owner and Principal Engineer, contributing to Voice of the Customer Programs and supporting the Salesforce Order Management product. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Salesforce Developer/Consultant at AAA, where Neeraja developed a Salesforce application for field agents, and as a .Net Developer at Infor, working on the migration of a legacy ERP application. Neeraja holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from Sri Venkateswara University.
