Paul Thole

Paul Thole is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product and industry enablement, currently serving as VP, Global Product and Industry Enablement at Salesforce since September 2006. In this role, Paul leads a global team to strategize, develop, and execute enablement programs for customer-facing sellers across diverse market segments and regions. Previous positions at Salesforce include VP, Global Solutions Enablement and Senior Director, AMER Solutions Enablement, focusing on pre-sales solution engineers and new hire onboarding. Paul started his career as one of the initial Sales Engineers in the TOLA region, exhibiting expertise in high-stakes client accounts. Prior experience includes roles at Cramer Systems and Amdocs as a Senior Sales Engineer. Paul holds an MBA in Marketing and MIS from the University of Kansas and a BS in Business and Computer Science from Friends University.
