Paula Simon

Paula Simon is a Senior Corporate Counsel for Global Employment at Salesforce, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this role, they served as Corporate Counsel at both Salesforce and Tableau Software from 2018 to 2021. Paula practiced as a Labor and Employment Attorney at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP from 2011 to 2018, and gained experience as a Summer Associate during their studies. They began their legal career with an internship at Starbucks Coffee Company in 2008. Paula earned a B.A. in Communication Studies from UCLA in 2003 and attended the University of Washington School of Law. Additionally, they contributed as a volunteer attorney for the KCBA Housing Justice Project from 2012 to 2015 and were a board member at University Prep from 2013 to 2019.
