Robb Niznik

Robb Niznik is a seasoned UX and software engineer with extensive experience in building design systems and high-performance applications. Currently serving as the Lead UX Engineer for Design Systems at Salesforce, Robb is focused on creating tools that enhance developer productivity and accessibility. Previously, at LaunchDarkly, Robb held roles as both a Staff UX Engineer and Frontend Engineer, where responsibilities included maintaining an open-source design system and collaborating across teams to implement major features. Experience also includes a position as Staff UX Engineer at Twilio, where Robb led the development of an inclusive design system. Robb's earlier roles include significant contributions at ITHAKA and General Motors, as well as research assistant positions during academic studies. Robb holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
