Sandra Petrykowski

Sandra Petrykowski is a seasoned professional in the benefits and HR sector, currently serving as Senior Manager of AMER Benefits at Salesforce since April 2023. Previous experience includes roles at Citi as an HR Summer Analyst, Aon as Associate Consultant and Consultant in Global Benefits, Wunderman as HR & Talent Development Associate and Knowledge Exchange Manager, and Young & Rubicam as an HR Analyst. Sandra held multiple positions at Salesforce from January 2018 to August 2021, culminating in Senior Manager of Benefits M&A. As a founding board member of the BC Total Rewards Network, Sandra leads communications and member engagement, successfully organizing events that foster community among Total Rewards professionals in British Columbia. Educational achievements include a British Columbia Secondary School Diploma from Vancouver Waldorf School and a BSc (Hons) from City, University of London, followed by a Master’s Degree from Bayes Business School.
