Shae Howard is currently the Director of Public Sector GTM and Strategic Operations at Salesforce. With extensive experience in strategy, planning, and program management, Shae has a proven track record in launching new programs and driving adoption. Previous roles include Director of IT and Digital Government at the NSW Department of Customer Service and various positions at Cisco, such as APAC Go To Market Manager. Shae holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management and Economics from the University of Wollongong and an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
