Shantanu Singh has over a decade of experience in user experience and product design, holding key positions in various notable companies. At Huawei Technologies India, Shantanu served as a Lead Interaction Designer, leading the design for honor eCommerce. Aditi Technologies provided early exposure as an Associate UX Consultant, while Designit saw Shantanu's progression to Lead Experience Designer, managing key client projects and mentoring new designers. As a Senior Design Manager at McKinsey & Company, Shantanu focused on digital innovation and knowledge management. Subsequent roles at Gartner include Director and Senior Director of Product Design, contributing to products for executive leaders. Presently, Shantanu leads Product Design for Service Cloud at Salesforce, overseeing a portfolio generating significant revenue. Academic qualifications include two Master's degrees in Behavioral Psychology and a Bachelor's in Information Technology with First Class Distinction.
