Simon Avinash is an experienced recruitment professional with a robust background in technology talent acquisition across India and the Asia Pacific region. Currently serving as Vice President of Recruiting for India and APAC Technology at Salesforce, Simon has previously held significant roles including Head of Talent Acquisition for India and Recruiting Lead for Asia Pacific and Japan at SAP, as well as positions at Novell Software Development, Microsoft, and NetApp. Simon holds a PGCHRM in Human Resource from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resources Management and Services from Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
