Sooyoung Jung

Sooyoung Jung currently serves as Regional Sales Director at Salesforce, where responsibilities include CRM sales and consulting across various products like Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. With experience in progressively senior sales roles at Salesforce, including Senior Sales Manager and Sales Manager, Sooyoung has honed expertise in sales force automation and customer engagement. Previously, at Oracle, Sooyoung held the position of Account Executive in CRM sales, achieving significant success by closing the highest number of deals on the CX team in 2018. Early career roles include Team Lead for Digital Advertising at Spoqa and SMB Marketing Specialist at TMON, as well as serving as an Operating Manager in the South Korean Air Force.
