Stanis Khomenko

Stanis Khomenko is an accomplished Employee Relations professional with extensive experience in high-profile organizations. Currently serving as Employee Relations Senior Manager at Salesforce since June 2021, Stanis previously worked at Amazon from January 2017 to June 2021, where significant contributions included leading the first centralized investigative team and authoring an executive investigation manual. Prior to Amazon, Stanis held roles at Verizon as a Corporate EEO/ER Consultant, achieving Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, and also worked in labor and employment law at Jim Thorpe Law and Jill S. Schwartz and Associates. Stanis earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Florida State University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Politics, and Law from Binghamton University.
