Tyler Reeves is an experienced program and incident manager with a comprehensive background in support operations and medical services. At Tableau Software, from October 2017 to July 2023, Tyler developed the global Incident Response program, enhancing the management of customer cases and facilitating communication between engineering teams and clientele. Additionally, as a manager, Tyler led a technical support team, focusing on quality customer interactions and individual career development.
