Vance Basilio

Vance Basilio, P.Eng, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Manager in the Quote-to-Cash PMO at Salesforce, where significant achievements include the management of the development of three new Salesforce-on-Salesforce products that streamlined crediting and commissioning processes, leading to an 80% reduction in SOX manual controls. Previously, Vance held the role of Senior Program Manager at BASF, overseeing infrastructure projects for 15 divisions and increasing the portfolio value from $15 million to $26 million. Vance's earlier experience includes positions at Shell, where integration of multiple business systems was successfully led, and at CAE, where digital marketing campaigns were executed effectively across aerospace divisions. Vance holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from McGill University.
