Zach Abraham

Zach Abraham is an experienced leader in technical support and client services with a robust background in various engineering and management roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Technical Support Engineering for Mulesoft and Vice President of Technical Support for Marketing Cloud at Salesforce since May 2022, Zach has previously held several vice president and director-level positions, including Vice President and Head of Global Client Services at Pegasystems and Director of Field Operations at Berkshire Grey. With considerable experience at Empirix and ANSYS, Zach led global support teams and managed significant client relationships, particularly in the aerospace and defense sectors. Zach holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and completed a management development program in Business Administration at Wharton Online.
