Ģirts Graudiņš

Ģirts Graudiņš is a seasoned entrepreneur and investor with extensive experience in the tech industry. As the founder of Baltic Way LLC since January 2024, Ģirts is focused on advancing Baltic startups with global ambitions. In addition to this role, Ģirts serves as an investor and advisor for several companies, including Salesforge, TestDevLab, and Aerones, and is a member of the investment committee at BADideas.fund. With a robust background at Twilio, where Ģirts held various leadership roles culminating as Director of Engineering for Programmable Video and SDK Platform, significant contributions were made to growth and team expansion. Ģirts holds an ALM in IT and Software Engineering and a BA in Applied Mathematics in Economics, both from Harvard University.
