Diego Vargas Moreno

Diego Vargas Moreno is an experienced professional in organizational development and human resources with a background in psychology. Currently serving as an Analista Desarrollo Organizacional at SALESLAND since September 2022, Diego has been involved in creating procedural manuals, conducting awareness campaigns on gender equity and mental health, performing workplace climate diagnostics, and investigating cases of workplace harassment. Prior to this role, Diego worked at GRUPO ALCANSA as a Psychologist in Recruitment and Selection, managing applicant processes and conducting psychological evaluations. Diego's experience also includes an internship at PageGroup, where responsibilities included supporting KPIs and updating organizational structures. Diego holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad Finis Terrae and a diploma in New Trends in Recruitment and Selection from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
