Mayte Perez Moya

Mayte Perez Moya has extensive experience in training and development within various organizations. Currently serving as Responsable de Formación y Desarrollo at SALESLAND since June 2017, Mayte is responsible for implementing a common work methodology across 11 countries and developing training programs. Prior to this role, Mayte worked at Bertelsmann (Arvato Iberia) as Responsable de Formación y Calidad, leading a team of 45 to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction. Previous positions include Senior HR Consultant at Indra, where Mayte focused on collaborative learning platforms and interpersonal skills training, and Consultant at Soluziona, contributing to the establishment of a corporate university.
