Jessica Swart has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jessica began their career as a Server/Hostess at Country Caterers/Gatherings from 2008 to 2013. Jessica then worked as a K-6 Art Educator at the Appalachian Progressive Education Center, teaching students from Kindergarten to sixth grade about the wonders of Fine Art. Jessica also facilitated a musical play as part of the Arts After-School Program. After that, Jessica worked as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Stages Early Learning Center, where they gained valuable experience working with young learners and fostering an optimal learning environment.

In 2014, Jessica joined Marietta City Schools as an Elementary Art Teacher, teaching over 400 students the beauty of Art and creativity. Jessica collaborated with businesses and professionals from the Marietta community and organized fundraising opportunities. Jessica continued in the education field as an Elementary Art Teacher at Gulfport School District in Mississippi, where they taught K-5 Visual Art and emphasized the importance of becoming a creative thinker in all areas of life.

Jessica then transitioned to the City Schools of Decatur as an Elementary Art Teacher at Glennwood Elementary. Jessica became part of a tight-knit community that worked together to provide the best education for students, fostering a positive learning environment.

In 2019, Jessica joined Polar Notion as a Product Design Apprentice, helping build websites and apps for individuals and companies with big ideas. Jessica gained experience in creating impactful digital experiences and worked on launching products for startups and improving digital tools for growing companies.

Currently, Jessica is working at Salesloft as a Senior Product Designer. Jessica is an integral part of the design team, collaborating with talented and collaborative designers. Salesloft is a Sales Engagement platform that helps B2B revenue teams close more deals by providing end-to-end solutions for prospecting, managing opportunities, coaching, sales forecasting, and driving product adoption and renewals.

Jessica Swart attended General Assembly in 2019 and studied User Experience Design. In 2010, they began pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) degree with a focus in 2-Dimensional Studies at Bowling Green State University. Jessica completed their degree in 2013. In March 2023, they obtained a certification as a Professional Member from the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP).
