Margaret Caswell

Margaret Caswell has a diverse work experience. Margaret started their career as a Marketing Intern at Watermark Photography in August 2018 and worked there until April 2019. Margaret then joined Salesloft as a Services Intern in January 2019 and transitioned into the role of Customer Success Manager in June 2019. Margaret worked in this role until April 2021, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success. In April 2021, they took on the role of Associate Solutions Architect at Salesloft, where they played a key role in providing guidance and solutions to clients. Most recently, Margaret became a Solutions Architect in March 2022, where they continue to contribute their expertise to the company. Overall, Margaret has gained valuable experience in marketing, customer success, and solutions architecture throughout their career.

Margaret Caswell attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Marketing. In November 2021, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce.
