Rico De Santis has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Rico started their career as a Leadership Development Intern at Bridgestone Americas in 2015. Later that year, they served as a Media Analytics Intern at Zimmerman Advertising. In 2016, they joined Tyco Integrated Security as a Commercial Account Executive.

Rico then transitioned into the field of web development, starting as a Web Development Intern at MDG Advertising in 2017. Rico eventually became a Web Developer at the same company in 2018 and held this position until 2020. Rico then took on the role of Full Stack Web Developer at MDG Advertising from 2020 to 2021.

In 2021, Rico joined Salesloft as a Web Developer. Rico was responsible for leading website initiatives, optimizing conversion rates through A/B testing, improving web performance metrics, and integrating new technology.

Rico's most recent position at Salesloft is as a Senior Front End Web Engineer, a role they have held since 2023.

Rico De Santis completed their education with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Florida State University in the years 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they pursued a Technical Diploma in Full Stack Web Development from Dev Bootcamp.

In addition to their formal education, Rico obtained several certifications over the years. In June 2019, they completed the "Software Processes and Agile Practices" certification from the University of Alberta. In May 2019, they obtained the "Professional Scrum Master 1" certification from Scrum.org. More recently, in September 2021, they earned the "Google Ads Measurement Certification," "Google Ads Search Certification," and "Google Analytics Individual Qualification" from Google. In May 2020, they also obtained the "Email Marketing Certificate" from HubSpot.
