Senior Manager, Business Development - EMEA at SalesLoft

Travis Adams has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Travis is currently working as the Manager of Sales Development for the Enterprise division at Salesloft, a position they started in August 2022. Prior to this role, Travis served as the Head of Sales Development EMEA at Aforza from September 2021 to June 2022. Aforza is a company that specializes in helping consumer goods companies increase sales and accelerate growth through cloud and mobile apps.

Before joining Aforza, Travis was the BDR Manager for EMEA at Trintech, a position they held from December 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Coorpacademy as a Sales Manager from October 2018 to December 2019. Travis also served as a Business Development Manager at JOB TODAY from April 2017 to October 2018, where they played a key role in driving business growth.

Travis gained valuable experience as a Key Account Manager at Caterer.com from September 2014 to April 2017. Travis was responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. Earlier in their career, Travis worked at Totaljobs Group, where they held multiple roles. Travis started as an Account Manager in February 2011 and eventually took on the position of Team Lead for Online Sales from June 2013 to September 2014.

Travis began their professional career as a Recruitment Consultant at Logical Resources in September 2007. Travis provided recruitment services and assisted clients in finding qualified candidates. Travis also worked as a Debt Negotiator at Lowell Group from August 2006 to August 2007.

Throughout their career, Travis has gained extensive experience in sales, business development, key account management, and team leadership. Travis has a proven track record of delivering results and driving revenue growth for the companies they have worked with.

Travis Adams completed their secondary education at Bognor Regis Community College from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained a GNVQ Advanced in Leisure and Tourism. In 2003, they enrolled at Leeds Trinity University and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science (BSC) degree in Sports, Health, Exercise, and Nutrition.

In addition to their formal education, Travis has pursued various certifications throughout their career. In 2016, they obtained the PRINCE2 Agile® Foundation & Practitioner certification from ecareers. In 2018, they completed a course on Product Design (UX/UI) at Experience Haus.

More recently, Travis has focused on enhancing their sales and management skills. In 2019, they obtained certifications in Sales Coaching, Sales Enablement, Sales Management Foundations, and Transitioning to Management for Salespeople from LinkedIn. In 2020, they further honed their sales knowledge by completing certifications in DNA of a Champion, Outbound Prospecting, and Go To Market Fundamentals, all from the Sales Impact Academy.
