Shailender Tiwari

Shailender Tiwari has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Shailender began their career as an Executive Sales Representative at Tata Docomo Exclusive Brand Store in 2014. After that, they worked as a Senior Sales Consultant at Pratham Motors Private Limited from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, they joined Innovsource as an HR recruiter for a short period of time. Later that year, they became a Freelance Recruiter and then a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Workex. In 2019, they were promoted to a Team Lead role within the same company. Shailender then transitioned to the role of Assistant Key Account Manager in 2019 and became a Supply Manager in 2020. In 2021, they were promoted to Regional Manager Supply, and in 2022, they assumed the role of Program Manager at Workex. Shailender has demonstrated their ability to excel in various positions and has gained valuable expertise in recruitment and management.

Shailender Tiwari completed their MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, from 2018 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Kendriya Vidyalaya. Additionally, Shailender has also pursued an MBA in HR from Udemy.
