Elizabeth Morse, CMP

Elizabeth Morse, CMP has over 13 years of experience in the events and hospitality industry. Elizabeth began their career in 2007 as a Beverage Cart, Banquet, and Restaurant Server at Egypt Valley Country Club. In 2009, they took on the role of Mystery Shopper at Virginia Tech - Dining Services. In 2010, they became a Sales and Marketing Intern at Aramark and a Banquet Server and Bartender at The Inn at Virginia Tech and Skelton Conference Center. In 2011, they were a Premium Services Intern at Aramark. From 2012 to 2018, Elizabeth was employed at Aramark in various roles, including Director of Operations - Theater District, Catering Sales Manager, and Safety Champion. In 2015, they joined the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce as a Business Programs Manager and Membership Sales Manager. In 2018, they began working at Byrne as an Experience Manager (Events & Hospitality) and Sr. Experience Manager. Elizabeth currently works at CAVALLO as a Corporate Events Manager.

Elizabeth Morse, CMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science in Business from Virginia Tech in 2011, with a major in Hospitality and Tourism Management and Marketing Management. In June 2021, they earned their Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) certification from the Events Industry Council. In January 2023, they earned their Email Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy. Elizabeth is also currently working towards their Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) certification.
