Michael Raden began their career in 2012 as an Event Services Student Manager at Grand Valley State University's Office of Student Life. In this role, they managed events on campus, reserved space for student organizations and campus departments, and conducted student-employee interviews and generated work schedules. In 2014, they took on an internship at Dow Corning as a Business Intelligence Intern, where they worked within Business Objects 3.1 and 4.1 to develop reports for use across a multitude of functional areas. In 2015, they were promoted to Business Intelligence Analyst at Dow Corning, working in a collaborative IT environment to ensure that the organization delivered solutions for their business partner's needs. In 2016, Michael moved to Wolverine Worldwide, where they held two roles: Senior Systems Analyst and Business System Analyst - BW. In the first role, they managed the Direct-to-Consumer reporting committee to support their retail and eCommerce business, and was the project manager and internal technical lead for the implementation of SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). In the second role, they were a BW developer for Salesforce.com SSET implementation project, building data extracts to provide feeds for backlog, shipments, and salesperson security to use in Salesforce. In 2021, Michael joined CAVALLO (previously SalesPad) as a Sales Engineer, where they perform discovery calls to fully understand a prospect or customer's process and identify pain points or gaps in their operations, provides value driven, technical demonstrations that show customers how they can solve their challenges with the software, and thoroughly understands the distribution process and shares best practices with customers.

Michael Raden obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Grand Valley State University between 2010 and 2014, majoring in both Management Information Systems and Marketing. In 2017, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Washburn University in October and a Project Management Fundamentals certification from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers in September.
