We re not recruiters, but we know one thing: Sales hiring is broken.

CVs are AI polished. Interviews are rehearsed. AI simply writes better answers.

Yet companies are still making six-figure hiring mistakes based on gut feel, charisma and who interviewed best on the day.

That’s why we built SalesProof.

A platform designed to uncover what actually matters in revenue hiring:
Can they discover?
Can they forecast?
Can they qualify?
Can they execute?
Can they really sell?

SalesProof combines real-world sales scenarios, behavioural intelligence, AI integrity checking and role-normalised scoring to separate genuine revenue talent from rehearsed interview theatre.

Built for modern CROs, founders and hiring leaders who are done gambling on sales hires.

Because in sales, the wrong hire doesn’t just cost salary. It costs pipeline, customers, momentum and trust.

SalesProof: Hire with evidence. Not instinct.
