Jimmy Holt has had an extensive career spanning various industries. In 1995, they began their career at J&B Lamp and Shade Co. as the VP of Operations, and later took on the roles of Director of Sales and Marketing and Director of IT. In 2006, Jimmy became an Owner/Entrepreneur/Investor and has since been involved in various startups in the manufacturing, distribution, construction, hospitality, professional services, and technology industries. In 2011, Jimmy joined Adecco Staffing, USA as Senior Manager Sales Solutions, where they were responsible for designing, implementing, and configuring various automation, database, and analytical solutions. In 2015, Jimmy became VP of Business Development and Mid Atlantic Region at Idle Tools Corp, where they managed the Mid Atlantic Region and was responsible for business development, fostering strategic relationships, and architecting and directing clients' implementations or optimizations of Salesforce. In 2018, Jimmy founded Grafted Strategies, LLC, where they partnered with clients to ensure that their investment in technology solutions achieved maximum return. In 2019, Jimmy became Co-Founder and Board Member at Escala, LLC, a business innovation and solution architecture company. Finally, in 2020, Jimmy co-founded SalesReady LLC, a Salesforce AppExchange Partner dedicated to enhancing the Salesforce quoting process.
Jimmy Holt obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management (emphasis in Finance & Economics) from Carson-Newman University between 1996 and 2000. In 2006, they obtained a Licensed General Contractor from the Tennessee Board for Licensing Contractors. In 2010, they obtained a Licensed Unlimited Contractor from the North Carolina Licensing Board for General Contractors. In 2016, they obtained a Salesforce Accredited Sales Professional from Salesforce. Jimmy also holds Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant certifications.
