Megan Morris has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. Megan began their career as an Assistant General Manager at Cheyenne Restaurant Group, where they conducted human resource functions such as recruiting, interviewing, and hiring. In 2017, they held two roles simultaneously; an Assessment Specialist at 18th Judicial District Juvenile Assessment Center, where they served at-risk and delinquent juveniles through early intervention, tailored assessments and interviews, and a Case Manager at Volunteers of America, where they provided wrap around case management services and program-wide service coordination for veterans and their families. In 2018, they became a Caseworker at Behavioral Health Group - BHG, where they conducted case management and psychotherapy sessions with patients in MAT (Medication Assisted Treatment). In 2019, they were an Assistant Manager at Amazon. Most recently, in 2021, they became an SDR - Cold Calling Specialist at SalesHive.

Megan Morris obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs between 2010 and 2013. Megan then went on to obtain a Master of Arts - MA in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 2020 and 2022. In September 2021, they obtained an Unlicensed Psychotherapist certification from the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA).
