Lester Alexander has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Lester began their career in 1990 with AIG, where they served as a Branch President and Regional Sales Trainer. During their time there, they successfully managed multi-million dollar projects, implemented project management strategies to increase efficiency, and achieved cost reductions through process improvements. Following their tenure at AIG, Lester founded Triumph in Alignment in 2004, where they focused on guiding individuals in harmonizing their personal faith with leadership development and entrepreneurial success. In 2007, they joined The Coca-Cola Company, where they excelled in driving contract store share, achieving market penetration, and winning sales competitions. More recently, Lester worked at Collective[i], serving as the Executive Director of Client Engagement, and at SalesRoads as the Human Resources Director. Through these roles, they gained experience in utilizing data and artificial intelligence to enhance sales operations, as well as supporting businesses in increasing qualified appointments and sales growth.

Lester Alexander's education history begins in 1990 when they were accepted into the AIG management certification program at the age of 19. This was a two-year program that they completed by the time they turned 20. At the age of 21, Lester took on their first $8 million branch, and by the age of 22, they became a district certified training manager.

In addition to their formal education, Lester also obtained several certifications. In February 2022, they obtained certifications in "Communication within Teams," "How to Handle Poor Performers," "Leadership Tips, Tactics and Advice," "New Manager Foundations," and "The Five Conversations That Deliver Accountability and Performance," all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, in July 2023, Lester obtained a certification in "20 Habits of Executive Leadership" from LinkedIn, as well as "The Superbosses Playbook" in February 2022.
