Emilie Sørgård Anderssen

Emilie Sørgård Anderssen has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Emilie began their career at Bertoni of Denmark as a Sales Representative from May 2010 to May 2012. Emilie then worked at Losby Gods as a Hostess from July 2009 to September 2012. Afterwards, they joined Mph-miles per hour as a Sales Representative, from September 2012 to October 2014, and later took on additional HR responsibilities as a Sales Representative with HR responsibilities, from October 2014 to March 2015. Following that, they joined NCC as an HR Support & Admin Specialist in March 2015 and worked there until May 2019. Most recently, they have been with SalesScreen, where they started as an HR Manager in June 2019, and is currently serving as the Global VP of People Operations since April 2020.

Emilie Sørgård Anderssen completed a Master of Management Program in Management of Employment and Labor Law at BI Norwegian Business School from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in HR and personnel management from Kristiania University College, where they studied from 2011 to 2014. Before their Bachelor's degree, they pursued sports studies at Rælingen vgs from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in OPTO Personality Testing and Core Skills from Master Value People Corp. in 2023 and 2022 respectively.
