Zdravko Ivanov

Zdravko Ivanov is a Solutions Engineer at SalesSeek, where responsibilities include leading a team of junior engineers in developing automated tests and managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies since June 2021. Prior to this role, Zdravko served as a Junior Solutions Engineer, focusing on client support and issue resolution, and was the primary contact for clients addressing their concerns. Zdravko began the professional journey as a Customer Service Representative intern at Sprintax, assisting customers with account details and resolving service-related issues. Zdravko is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering at the Technical University of Varna, with an expected graduation in September 2024.
