Ross Duncan

Ross Duncan has extensive experience in football recruitment and analysis, currently serving as Head of Recruitment and Head of Analysis and Scout Coordinator at Salford City FC since June 2017. Prior to this role, Ross worked as a Writer for football4football and held a part-time scouting position at Burnley Football Club, focusing on identifying young talent for the academy. Additional experience includes a role as a Performance Analyst and Scout Intern at Hull City, where opposition analysis reports were prepared, and an earlier position as a football coach with Burnley in the Community. Ross Duncan holds a degree from Buckinghamshire New University and graduated from Westhill Academy.
