Mike Amormino has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Mike has served as Vice President of Operations at Salford Group, overseeing corporate operations and multiple manufacturing plants. Prior to that, they were the General Manager at VPC Group Inc. and VersaCold Logistics Services, where they had full P&L accountability and managed regional operations. Mike also held the position of General Manager at Bailey Metal Products Limited and Vice President of Operations at Formglas Products Ltd., where they were responsible for manufacturing operations. Additionally, they have worked as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Laurel Steel and as a Managing Partner at Operations Consulting Group. Mike began their career as a Plant Manager at Weyerhaeuser and CCL Industries. Throughout their career, Mike has demonstrated a strong ability to improve performance, implement LEAN operating methods, and foster collaborative cultures.
Mike Amormino attended the University of Windsor from 1976 to 1980 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus on Economics, Marketing, and Labour Relations.
