Omar Alhoshan

Omar AlHoshan is the Founder and Chairman of the Board at AlHoshan Consultants – GRACE Saudi Arabia, providing guidance to boards and organizations on risk management and sustainable change since 1993. As the Founder and Managing Partner of AlHoshan Certified Public Accountants & Consultants, Omar has developed a leading consultancy serving the MENA region. Key leadership roles include Independent Chairman of the Audit Committee for The Coca-Cola Bottling Company of Saudi Arabia and the National Center for Vegetation Cover Development and Combating Desertification, as well as Vice-Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee for SAB Invest. Additionally, Omar serves on the Audit Committees of the Saudi Tadawul Group, National Water Company, and Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company, among others, contributing to various sectors including investment, water services, and sustainability. Omar is currently pursuing executive education at Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from California State University-Sacramento.
