Lucy Jobber has a strong background in operations and project management. Lucy started their career in 2008 as a Sales and Account Executive at Gift Republic. Lucy then moved on to become a Corporate Account Manager at BIG (Brady Corp) in 2009. At iammoving.com, they were promoted to Senior Account Manager and played a key role in process improvement initiatives from 2010 to 2013. Lucy then joined Textlocal Ltd as a Key Account Manager, focusing on optimizing campaign performances and providing valuable feedback to clients. Lucy later transitioned to Inside Online Marketing Limited, starting as an Account Manager and eventually becoming a Digital Project Manager, responsible for refining project management processes and ensuring the highest standards for search marketing campaigns and digital projects. Currently, Lucy is the Operations Director at Salience Search Marketing, where they lead the strategic direction, operational processes, and internal culture of the agency, with a focus on enhancing staff wellbeing and improving efficiencies.

Lucy Jobber obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Studies & Journalism from the University of Roehampton between 2005 and 2008. Prior to that, they attended South Wirral High School from 1997 to 2004. Lucy also holds a certification in Mastering Digital Project Management from Econsultancy.
