Irma Jaques

Irma Jaques, PHR has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Irma is currently the Vice President of People Engagement at Salience TMS Neuro Solutions, LLC, where they oversee the development of HR programs and manages all human resource initiatives. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Ventahood, where they served as an HR business partner and consultant to the leadership team. Irma also held the position of Human Resources Director at BTI Solutions, Inc., where they collaborated with the executive team to integrate corporate HR programs and processes in a multi-state environment. Irma has extensive experience in employee relations, change management, and all HR disciplines. Irma has previously worked in various roles at H&K International, PEO Consulting Firm, T-Mobile, Cingular Wireless (AT&T), Methodist Health System, Carter BloodCare, and Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. Throughout their career, Irma has demonstrated expertise in strategic HR planning, policy adherence, legal compliance, recruitment, employee development, performance management, and benefits coordination.

Irma Jaques, PHR, has a background in business administration with a focus on human resources. Irma attended New Mexico State University and studied Business Administration. Later, they furthered their education at Wichita State, though the degree name and field of study are unspecified. In January 2005, they obtained the certification of Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
