Crystal Foley

Crystal Foley has worked in various accounting roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2013, they were an Assistant State Auditor at the Washington State Auditors Office, where they planned and performed financial statement, single and accountability audits of the team's largest local government entities, and performed comprehensive annual financial report (CAFR) reviews. Crystal also performed special investigations relating to misappropriation and citizen concerns. From 2013 to 2014, they were an Accountant at the City of Washougal, where they created and recommended new City policies and procedures to implement internal controls and guide action with new processes including policies for the City's first GFOA budget award submission. Crystal also wrote resolutions and ordinances to ensure the City stays in compliance with state and local laws and regulations, and assisted in creating the annually audited financial statements. From 2008 to 2014, they were Co-founder and CFO of Anzel Search Marketing, where they researched and filed all required government documents for business, created a tax planning strategy, and monitored revenues. From 2014 to present, they have been a Controller, Assistant Controller, and Accounting Manager at Salient Systems.

Crystal Foley attended Washington State University from 2006 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
