Reg Miller

Reg Miller has a long and varied career in program management and manufacturing operations. Reg began their career in 1984 as a Project Coordinator at Emerson Process Management. In 1997, they moved to Solectron as a Program Manager. From 2000 to 2002, they were a Project Manager at SMTC, where they managed product status and delivery commitments, multi-site supply and production schedules, and buyers and delivery schedules. From 2002 to 2005, they were an Installation & Technical Services Manager at Honeywell ACS, where they monitored all phases of large scale government contracts and managed financial reporting on all projects, programs, and department budgets. From 2005 to 2010, they were a Senior Program Manager at Celestica Aerospace Technology Center, where they managed a newly awarded large scale customer account, including NPI set up with engineering team and migrated NPI to production scale. Since 2013, they have been at Salient Systems, first as a Manufacturing Program Manager and then as the Director of Manufacturing. In this role, they have managed all aspects of the supplier base to ensure timely delivery of server solutions, implemented process controls, and managed revenue stream.

Reg Miller attended Austin Community College from 1987 to 1989, where they studied for a Bachelor of Business Administration. Reg also completed courses with PMI & APICS.
