Sheila Jacobo, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Trailguide Digital since July 2021 and has been the Clinic Manager at Salina Regional Health Center since October 2015. In the role at Salina Regional Health Center, Sheila oversees business and clinical activities, managing an annual budget while supervising 40 employees, building physician relationships, enhancing patient satisfaction through process improvements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Previously, as a Team Lead Manager and Human Service Specialist for the State of Kansas from October 2007 to October 2015, Sheila determined eligibility for assistance programs and managed a caseload of about 200 cases. Sheila holds an MBA from Kansas Wesleyan University, a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Kansas State University, and an Associate of Arts degree from Colby Community College.
