Danielle Bradrick serves as the Program Director at The Castle Project since February 2023 and has extensive experience in education, primarily within Salina USD 305 since June 2016, where roles include K-5 At Risk Math Interventionist, 4th Grade Teacher, and 2nd Grade Teacher. Previous teaching experience includes serving as a High Incidence Special Education Student Teacher at Jay Shideler Elementary and as a student teacher in multiple grade levels. Bradrick’s leadership skills were highlighted during tenure as the Student Leadership Council Fellow at Washburn University's Leadership Institute. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in School Leadership from Baker University and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education with Adaptive Special Education from Washburn University.
