Kelly Hogarty

Kelly Hogarty is an experienced professional with a diverse background spanning multiple fields. Since 2004, Kelly has operated as a self-employed owner and has held various roles including football referee at KJCCC KCAC, high school referee for football and basketball with KSHSAA, and part-time professional drummer with an extensive range of musical collaborations. Additionally, Kelly has been a certified substitute teacher for USD #305, managing classroom environments, and was involved in property inspection and consulting through Hogarty Enterprises and Hogarty Painting and Contracting. Previous experience includes a managerial role at Smoky Hill Winery & Vineyards, technical support at Saint Francis Academy, and work with Pacific Bell/SBC Telephone Company in telecommunications. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management and a Teacher Certification in Elementary Education from Kansas Wesleyan University, alongside an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Heald College-Concord.
