Kelly Hall

Kelly Hall has over two decades of professional experience, beginning as a Sanitation Department Supervisor at Russell Stover Candies from September 1999 to October 2001. Kelly then advanced to the role of Utilities Department Technician with the City of Salina from October 2001 to August 2003. Since August 2003, Kelly has been serving in the Saline County Sheriff's Office. Educational background includes attending Central Texas College.
