Andrea Alghisi

Mr. Alghisi has served as a member of the Webuild Board of Directors since April 2022.

Andrea Alghisi has more than 25 years of professional experience primarily dedicated to leading turnaround, performance improvement and growth strategy programs, both with managerial and consulting roles.

Andrea joined Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA in October 2021 as Head of Turnaround activities.

He has held several managerial positions in different C-suite roles as well as a member of the Board of Directors of public companies both in Europe and North America.

He was a Co-Founder of the Italian practice of AlixPartners in 2003, a financial advisory firm specializing in business performance improvement and corporate restructuring, where he spent 12 years as core member of the EMEA Automotive & Industrial Goods practice and the Consumer Goods & Retail practice.

Andrea received his degree in mechanical engineering from Politecnico of Torino, Italy in 1992. He received his Master of Business Administration from SDA Bocconi in Milan, Italy in 1996. He is an occasional lecturer and contributor to conferences and publications on the subjects of automotive industry and corporate turnaround.
