Nicola Greco

Mr. Greco has served as a member of the Board of Directors of Webuild (formerly Salini Impregilo) since September 2013. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome. In 1974, he joined Technipetrol (TPL) S.p.A., where he served in various roles, including as Project Engineer and Project Manager, and was later named Deputy General Manager. And in 1994, he was appointed CEO, a role that he kept until 2007. He also sat for many years in the Executive Committee of Technip Group, listed in the Paris Stock Exchange (CAC 40).

From 2007 to 2015, he served as CEO of the Permasteelisa Group. And from 2012 to 2015, he was a Director of Lixil Corporate (Tokyo). From 2011 to 2014, he served as Director of Saipem S.p.A, and from 2008 to 2015, as member of the Supervisory Board of Josef Gartner GmbH. From 2003 to 2008, he was Chairman of OICE (Association of engineering, architecture and technical-economic consultancy organizations), an Italian National Association belonging to Confindustria

Since 2011, he is a Professor of Economics and Business Management at the Biomedical Campus University, in Rome — Engineering Faculty.
