Venessa Sandoval

Venessa Sandoval is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Salish Kootenai College since February 2023. Previously, Venessa worked as an HR Specialist/Recruiter at PureView Health Center, where responsibilities included collaborating with the HR Manager and leadership on recruitment strategies and new employee orientations. Prior to that, Venessa was an HR Administrative Assistant for the City of Helena, Montana, overseeing recruitment processes and collaborating on job qualifications. Venessa began the HR career as an Executive Assistant at Helena Indian Alliance, providing administrative support and managing various programs. Venessa holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Montana and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration from Montana Technological University.
