Tom Spencer currently serves as the Strategic Lead for Building Safety and Compliance at Salix Homes, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held multiple positions at Stockport Homes Group from March 2007 to May 2024, including Head of Building Safety and Programme Delivery Manager. With extensive experience in building safety and compliance, Tom has developed a strong expertise in the management and implementation of safety standards within the housing sector.
