Girish Sehgal

Girish Sehgal is a seasoned maritime professional with extensive experience in the management and technical oversight of various types of vessels, including LNG carriers, tugs, and support vessels. Currently serving as a Technical Manager at Sallaum Lines since July 2023, Girish oversees the operations of a fleet of seven PCTC vessels and the construction of six new PCTC vessels in China. Previously, Girish held the position of Technical Manager at ADNOC Group, managing a fleet of 27 vessels, and served as a Technical Superintendent for marine services. Girish's career includes roles as Site Manager at Bernhard Schulte Shipmanagement and LNG Technical Advisor at CMPort, where Girish focused on LNG new builds and conversions. Girish began the career as a Chief Engineer with The Shipping Corporation of India Ltd. and has garnered significant experience in LNG projects while working with reputable organizations such as Shell and the American Bureau of Shipping. Girish holds an MBA in Oil and Gas and degrees in Marine Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
