Andres Holland

Andres Holland has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andres started their career as an Audit Intern at CohnReznick LLP in 2015. Later on, they joined the University of Delaware as a Web Developer II in 2017 and was promoted to Web Developer III in 2020. In 2021, Andres worked as a Senior Developer at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits before transitioning to Sallie Mae. At Sallie Mae, they began as a Marketing Manager in November 2021 and then became a Senior Manager in Testing & Growth in January 2023. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Digital Analytics at Sallie Mae.

Andres Holland holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Delaware, which they obtained from 2012 to 2017. Andres further pursued their education at the same university and completed a Master of Science degree in Business Analytics & Information Management from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Andres is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Hospitality Business Analytics at the University of Delaware, which started in 2020 and is expected to be completed by 2025. In 2014, they also participated in a Study Abroad program in Ecuador at the University of Maryland. Additionally, Andres obtained the certification of Adobe Certified Expert - AEM Developer from Adobe in 2019.
